We don’t just hand you the keys and wish you luck. We give you everything you need to run a successful franchise – the skills, the confidence, and the ongoing support necessary to really thrive.

As part of our commitment to you, we train you in every aspect of running a successful Ezy-Clean franchise. Our comprehensive 3-day programme is delivered by our highly experienced head office team, ensuring you can take charge of your own business from day one.

Day 1 – Operations training

Your first day is all about understanding the business from the inside out. You’ll spend the day at our head office learning:



How Ezy-Clean works as a business and what makes us successful



The day-to-day operations of your franchise and what you can expect



How to use our in-house app to manage routes, schedules, and invoicing



Your role as a franchisee and our mutual responsibilities

Day 2 – Hands-On Training

Time to get out there and do it for real! You’ll spend the entire day working alongside our training manager on actual rounds. This will be practical, hands-on experience with an expert right beside you. You’ll learn the techniques, meet real customers, and see exactly how a typical working day runs. By the end of day two, you’ll know exactly what you’re doing and feel ready to take the reins yourself.

Day 3 – Supervised Independence

You’ll work your rounds independently while our training manager works nearby. You’ll start and end the day with them for a quick check-in, but the rest of the day is yours to manage. It’s the perfect balance – you get the confidence of working solo, but with support just a phone call away if you need it. Most people find they pick everything up so quickly that by day three, they’re ready to go it alone. That’s when you know you’ve got this.

Beyond the training: Ongoing Support

Your training doesn’t stop after day three. We provide continuous support to help you grow and succeed throughout your partnership with us.

As your business develops, we offer ongoing support with regular updates and reports from our scheduling app so you can easily see how to make the most of your business. We’ll also only ever be a phone call away if you need us!
