The Financials
The initial fee for taking on an Ezy-Clean franchise is £18,000 (+VAT).
This figure includes:
Your own exclusive territory – an already mature business with 100s of customers on its books
Complete brand package – Full use of the Ezy-Clean logo, brand identity, and inclusion in our ongoing marketing efforts
Proven business systems – Documented knowledge and training on how to run a successful window cleaning business, plus onsite sales and growth training
Powerful technology suite – Access to our operations app, cloud-based database (24/7), Direct Debit software, customer email marketing, and management system
Unlimited office support – Our head office team is always available to help with admin, customer service, payments, and any challenges you face
On top of this, you will need to buy or lease your own van which meets the standards of our brand. We’re happy to offer you advice on an appropriate vehicle and the different options available to you.
The initial franchise agreement lasts for seven years, which is renewable subject to certain criteria being met by the franchisee and in agreement with the franchisor.
Help raising funds
While the Ezy-Clean franchise does not provide financing directly, there are a number of attractive options to help you with your investment.
For example, it may be possible to obtain funding from most major high street banks for some of the amount. Franchising is one of the safest and most secure ways of starting your own business, so many lenders rightfully see it as a much lower risk than a completely new start-up, and may be much more inclined to lend you money against your investment.
The Ezy-Clean franchise has been operating for many years, and so has already demonstrated its financially viability to a number of big name banks.
There are also some government funded loans which could be available, and we would be happy to point you in the right direction for more information.
Earning potential
Each of the four territories on offer already have customers in place, with each offering approximately £5,600 per month in turnover.
